I have just finished packing and am going to treat myself to a glass of wine and then of to bed.
Tomorrow I have an early start and a couple of morning appointments near London.
As soon as they are over I will be making my way to Stansted airport to meet Lucy, and onward to France. Caroline is going to collect us in France and I am so looking forward to the trip.
She has told me the weather is hot and we may even make the beach (although certainly not Caroline’s favourite naturist beach!)
I predict Fun, wine, good conversation, sun and some great art! Maybe we will also catch the England V USA world cup match on Saturday.
I don’t really follow football but I have to say I do hope we do well in this world cup. I hope the USA also does well as I have many American friends, but I am hoping you lose that match. :- )
I will be out of contact until Tuesday so I wish everyone a great weekend.

The Canadian side never qualifies. My favourites are always Netherlands and Portugal. Not sure why, just like them. And the African sides. Fun to watch!

have fun...the usa team wasn't even picked to be in the top 10 :( Brazil or Spain is picked to win. I will be watching the usa v england today with my daughter-who is the real soccer fan.
